3. Payments & Fees

  • We accept payment in USD, EUR, and GBP.
  • Payments may be made by credit or debit card via secure third-party payment providers.
  • Full payment must be made upfront before any application is processed.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Full refund available if requested within 12 hours of payment.
    • Partial refund may be available if cancellation is requested before submission to relevant authorities.
    • No refunds are available once an application has been submitted to government or maritime authorities.

  • Clients must ensure that all information and documents provided are accurate, complete, and valid.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client.
  • Clients acknowledge that processing times may vary depending on government or maritime authorities and are outside our control.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

  • We are an independent application assistance service and are not a government body.
  • Approval of applications is at the sole discretion of maritime authorities.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Delays caused by third parties or authorities
    • Application rejections
    • Losses or damages resulting from reliance on our services

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All content, branding, design, and materials on seamansbookservice.com are the intellectual property of PWJ Consulting Services Ltd.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse any content or services without our express written permission.

7. Termination & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any client who breaches these Terms or provides fraudulent information.
  • Clients may request cancellation before submission of their application; however, refunds are subject to Section 3.4.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
